Ordering & Payment



We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


  • Prepaid Orders → Eligible for Free Shipping
  • COD Orders → A ₹100 COD handling fee applies



Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

Shipping & Delivery



Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.


Average delivery time: 7–14 business days


You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.





5. 

Cancellations



  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds



Returns are accepted only if the item received is:


  • Damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • Incorrect



Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.


Refund will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges



Exchanges are currently available for domestic orders only.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure



If the shipment fails due to:


  • Incorrect address entered by customer
  • Customer unavailable at delivery



Reshipping charges may apply.
