Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Quick Eco Tools, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
A return is only eligible if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is returned in original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials (boxes, tags, accessories, etc.) intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@quickecotools.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
Processing may take up to 2 business days after delivery to our facility.
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
Note:
- Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse/handling by the customer.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for domestic orders only.
Once your return is approved and received, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return process must be followed as stated above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or sale items
