1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, which allows us to ship your order directly from our global warehouses. This helps us reduce storage waste and offer better prices to you.




2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery.




3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD in selected regions.

A small COD handling fee may apply, which will be shown during checkout.




4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

If tracking hasn’t updated yet, please allow 2–5 days for logistics to reflect movement.




5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

No worries — we are here to help.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue, and we will replace or refund your item.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.




8. Why are prices lower than other stores?

We ship directly from fulfillment centers, which reduces middle-man costs and warehousing fees.

This allows us to offer quality products at honest pricing.
